Project Overview
The ADPC-supported pilot was designed to test and demonstrate cost-effective, farmer-friendly regenerative agriculture interventions that can be adopted at scale. The project focused on building real-world evidence around how regenerative practices contribute to climate adaptation, soil restoration, and improved farm incomes, particularly under smallholder and mixed farming conditions.
Key Focus Areas
Implementation Approach
The pilot followed a structured and participatory implementation framework, including:
Selection of representative pilot sites
Hands-on technical support and farmer training
Monitoring of agronomic, environmental, and economic indicators
Documentation through field data, presentations, and multimedia outputs (presentations, videos, and learning materials)
